DELIVERY
Once an order is received, we endeavour to get it processed and shipped out as soon as possible, however dispatch times will vary.If an order is a simple replica of an item already designed on our site, then we will create and ship it out within 7 working days.
Custom made orders involve a lot more time from the initial enquiry to the order being complete, but once the final design has been agreed on, then we will create and ship it out within 7 working days.
All orders are to be paid for via Paypal or BACS and can't be cancelled once payment has been received. Payment details will be communicated to you via e-mail once the order has been confirmed.
We offer FREE U.K. delivery. International delivery cost will be calculated and communicated to you once the order has been confirmed.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail - 2nd Class Standard. If you require any other rate, then we will quote and charge accordingly.
Delivery delays can occur and if we know of any significant delays, we will contact you via e-mail.
Once your order is shipped, we will send a confirmation e-mail.
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not liable for any product damaged of lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact Royal Mail to file a claim. Please save all packing materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All orders will be approved by the customer, prior to shipping, so please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery in the unlikely event that you are not happy.
Faulty items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund our exchange.
Buyers are responsible for return postage. If the item isn't returned it its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
